Helen Hunt Confesses Her First Oscar Statue Is Neglected Jan 10th 2013, 17:16 Helen wasn't positive that she'd get nominated for an Oscar, but now that she has, the actress tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively where she'll store her statue if she wins on Feb. 24. Helen Hunt was announced as an Academy Award nominee on Jan. 10, making it the first time she's been nominated since 1998, when she won the award for her role in As Good As It Gets! Should fellow nominees Anne Hathaway and Sally Field be worried? Whether or not Helen wins during the 85th Annual Academy Awards on Feb. 24, we now know where the former Mad About You star will put her Oscar — and where she currently holds her first statue. When asked where she'd put her Oscar if she wins, Helen told HollywoodLife.com exclusively, "Hopefully not as shoved in back and in the dark as the one I already have. I thinks it's shown some lack of self esteem and needs to be inched out from the back of my bookshelf. That is my goal for the year!" Rihanna, 24, used her Instagram account to post this message on Jan. 10: "I have to stop saying 'How stupid can you be' I think people are starting to take it as a challenge." Rihanna's fans responded with messages such as, "so true" and "true story." Sandra's Adopted New Orleans High School In 2005, The Blind Side actress adopted adopted New Orleans' Warren Easton Charter High School, which was hit with $4 million worth of damage during the devastating Hurricane Katrina. Even though Sandra was extremely modest and said all she does is write the check and serve as the school's "cheerleader" — she thanked the school's faculty, staff and the community for all the actual hard work — she did boast the school's 100 percent graduation rate, the strict principal and that the students know they are loved and cared for. Louis Bullock: The Biggest Reason Sandra Loves New Orleans In her acceptance speech, she also revealed the major reason she loves The Big Easy — her baby boy Louis, who was born in the city and whom she adopted in 2010.
