King of the Nerds First Look: 'Cos You Need to See 'Booger' Play a Geisha Jan 23rd 2013, 20:28 Cosplay is the game of the game this week on the new TBS competition series King of the Nerds (Thursdays, 10/9c) — and TVLine has a first look at hosts Curtis Armstrong and Robert Carradine properly setting the mood. As the Revenge of the Nerds costars introduce the remaining competitors to their latest challenge — involving the art of dressing in costume and then all-out playing a character — the big screen’s erstwhile “Booger” makes like a geisha, while his cohort slices and dices like a samurai. Fox Pulls Ben and Kate From Schedule Jan 23rd 2013, 20:00 Fox’s patience with Ben and Kate appears to have run out. TVLine has learned that the network is pulling the acclaimed, ratings-challenged rookie comedy from the schedule, effective immediately. Beginning next Tuesday, back-to-back episodes of Raising Hope will air from 8-9 pm through February (except on Feb. 9, when Hope will lead into an encore of New Girl at 8:30/7:30c). Hope‘s one-hour season finale will air Thursday, March 28 following American Idol. On Tuesday, March 3, Season 11 of Hell’s Kitchen will occupy the 8-9 pm perch, leading into New Girl and The Mindy Project. Although a Fox insider maintains that Ben and Kate will return at a later date, make no mistake: today’s news has cancellation written all over it. While Justin Bieber is shamelessly grabbing people’s attention by taking off his clothes, a far classier Justin is turning heads by putting clothes on. The first look at Justin Timberlake‘s new music video for “Suit & Tie” was released Jan. 23, and in the spirit of the song, its video finds the former *NSYNC-er getting all dressed up with nowhere to go. The full music video for Justin’s first single in seven years debuts Jan. 24 at 6 a.m. — you know, so the roosters can enjoy it — but for now, we can just enjoy this little laste. There’s no sign of Jay-Z in the teaser, but I think it’s safe to assume he’ll make his own suit-and-tied appearance in the full video. Justin Timberlake’s Career Comeback Justin’s announcement that he would be returning to the music world came as a surprise, but not without fanfare. “Thursday, January 10th, 2013 at 9:01 am PST…” he tweeted Jan. 9, sending his 15 million+ followers into a frenzy of anticipation. And Justin made good on his promise the next day, releasing a cryptic video of himself: “I've only done two albums in 10 years,” he says in the black-and-white video. “What does the next decade mean for me? … I don't want to put anything out that I feel is something I don't love.
