Pierce Brosnan's Daughter Dies Of Ovarian Cancer At 42 Jul 2nd 2013, 00:33, by Christopher Rogers So sad. 22 years after losing his wife to ovarian cancer, Pierce Brosnan’s daughter, Charlotte, died of the same disease on June 28. Pierce Brosnan Daughter Dies — Ovarian Cancer Takes Life Of Charlotte Brosnan “On June 28 at 2 p.m. my darling daughter Charlotte Emily passed on to eternal life, having succumbed to ovarian cancer. She was surrounded by her husband Alex, children Isabella and Lucas and brothers Christopher and Sean,” Pierce, 60, told PEOPLE. “Charlotte fought her cancer with grace and humanity, courage and dignity. Our hearts are heavy with the loss of our beautiful dear girl. We pray for her and that the cure for this wretched disease will be close at hand soon. We thank everyone for their heartfelt condolences,” the actor continued. Charlotte was adopted by the Irish actor in 1986 when her biological father, Dermot Harris, died. Charlotte Leaves Behind A Loving Family — So Sad Charlotte passed away in London at 41. She leaves behind husband Alex Smith, their daughter, 14, and son, 8. She also leaves behind brothers Christopher, Sean, Dylan and Paris. Sadly, Charlotte’s mother and Pierce’s wife, Cassandra Harris, also died of ovarian cancer in 1991, after losing her own mother to the same disease as a teenager. Charlotte starred in The Nephew (1998), The Disappearance of Kevin Johnson (1996) and NYPD Blue. Our thoughts go out to Charlotte’s family and friends during this difficult time. The ‘New Slaves’ rapper hung out during a BET Awards after party on June 30, while Kim stayed at home with their baby girl. Is that fair? Kanye West, 36, took a break from his fatherly duties on June 30 to drop by pal Jamie Foxx‘s BET Awards after party, where he schmoozed with some of the biggest names in hip hop. But girlfriend Kim Kardashian, 32, was MIA! Kanye West Parties Without Kim Kardashian Although he skipped the 2013 BET Awards, the “Black Skinhead” rapper made an appearance at an after party in Thousand Oaks, Calif. hosted by his “Gold Digger” collaborator Jamie Foxx. The new dad snuck into the party just before midnight, a source tells Us Weekly. He hung out in the VIP area with Jamie and rapper T.I., who congratulated the new dad on welcoming his baby girl North West on June 15. After hanging out with the VIPs, Kanye mingled with the rest of the crowd at the party and received more congratulations, the insider says. He responded with a simple “thank you,” and smiled all night. Skin was definitely in on the BET Awards red carpet in LA at the Nokia Theatre on June 30, where a slew of stars took the plunge in strapless dresses and revealing necklines on the red carpet. Even those who appeared to cover up still showed off some sneaky sideboob in a really revealing way. WATCH: Cleavage Crowds The BET Awards Red Carpet: BET Awards Fashion — Cleavage On The Red Carpet: Unlike this year’s Grammy Awards, the 2013 BET Awards showed some serious skin … and cleavage, too! Everyone from Meagan Good, 31, to Adrienne Bailon, 29, flaunted their assets in revealing looks — and they aren’t alone! Nicki Minaj, Michelle Williams, Lil’ Mama, and Tayana Ali also seem to also be channeling their inner-JLO circa 2000. Its been a bit of a controversial issue, with many criticizing the trend for being too scandalous. What’s even more interesting than the naysayers are those actually supporting the trend. 'The Walking Dead' Scoop: Season 4 Poster & Premiere Title Revealed Jul 1st 2013, 22:28, by Christopher Rogers AMC has just unveiled the first The Walking Dead season four teaser poster, which will be displayed as a banner at Comic-Con in San Diego later this month. In the season four teaser poster for The Walking Dead, Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) are front and center, while Tyreese (Chad L. Coleman) and Michonne (Danai Gurira) fight off a bevy of walkers! To see the full image (zoomed in), click here. ‘The Walking Dead’ — Season 4 Poster & Premiere Title Revealed HollywoodLife.com’s sister site TVLine also learned that the premiere title is "30 Days Without an Accident,” suggesting that the show may skip ahead at least one month following the events on the season three finale, when season four premieres this October. Immediately after the season three finale, theories about a possible time jump were confirmed. Executive Producer Confirms Time Jump "Every season, yes, there will more than likely be a passage of time. [The plot is] unlikely to follow directly after the end of [the finale],” executive producer Gale Anne Hurd told IGN in April. At the end of season three, Rick welcomed the ex-Woodbury group into the prison. Furthermore, Gale said the governor will still be very present in the continuing storyline when season four begins.
