Jenelle Evans Attacked By Her Husband Courtland Rogers — Report Apr 24th 2013, 21:14 Jenelle is claiming that she was once again assaulted by her husband Courtland, and that is why she ended up getting arrested on April 23. Oh dear. Jenelle Evans, 21, is once again making headlines for all the wrong reasons. The Teen Mom 2 star was arrested for assault and possession on April 23, and Jenelle is now claiming that she was “hit in the head” by her estranged husband Courtland Rogers, and there are bloody photos to prove it. Jenelle Evans Assault Charges — Attacked By Courtland Rogers? Jenelle called the police because she was being allegedly attacked by Courtland, and this led to both of their arrests for possession of heroin and assault. "Jenelle has been saying that she was hit in the head by Courtland and it made her ear bleed," said a friend to Radar Online. "That's why the cops were called." In one photo, Jenelle's left ear is bloody; in another, her hand is covered with blood. "She gave these photos to her friends, and they said she wants people to see what happened to her," the source said. "Jenelle is going to fight these charges because she wasn't responsible — Courtland was." Yikes! If these reports are true, then Jenelle needs to remove Courtland from her life, because sadly this is not the first time he has assaulted her. Jenelle Evans Arrested For Heroin Possession & Assault Jenelle was arrested by the Brunswick County Police on April 23, and she was charged with possession of heroin with intent to manufacture, sell and distribute, simple assault, and simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance, reports TMZ. What a shame. This is not the first time Jenelle has been arrested for drug use. We previously reported that Jenelle had admitted to to her heroin addiction. Jenelle’s bond was posted by her lawyer. Two People Charged Over Kate Middleton Topless Photos Apr 24th 2013, 20:07 A woman photographer, believed to be Valerie Suau, and publisher of French magazine ‘Closer’ are facing criminal charges over topless pictures of the Duchess of Cambridge, which were taken in September and published in the magazine. What punishment do you think those guilty should receive? Valerie Suau, the photographer believed to have taken the topless photos of Kate Middleton as she sunbathed in France in September, has been placed under formal criminal investigation, along with publisher of French magazine Closer, believed to be Ernesto Mauri. While they’re both facing charges, Valerie insists her pictures are “all decent.” She denies taking any topless photos of Kate, according to a new report. Kate Middleton Topless Photos Kate, 31, and Prince William, 30, took legal action against Closer in September. Their lawyer, Aurelien Hamelle, said that the royal couple suffered a “grotesque breach of privacy and felt ‘violated’ during a ‘highly intimate moment during a scene of married life.’” The topless photos of Kate were taken on September 5 as she and Prince William relaxed at Viscount Linley’s retreat, Chateau d’Autet, in Provence. Aurelien claims that Kate and William were spied on and the photographer would have needed a long lens to capture the shots. Valerie has denied that she’s responsible for taking any indecent images of Kate, Mail Online reports. She says she took pictures of Kate in her swimsuit, but not topless. A source confirmed to Mail Online that “a female photographer” working for La Provence, and “the publisher of Closer” were both placed under formal criminal investigation over the topless photos.
