Justin — it’s time for you to get a copy of Anne Frank’s diary and read it immediately on your tour bus. Plus, ask your friend Oprah to recommend to you a good, insightful book on the Holocaust and read that too. Then you’d understand why shadowboxing in the hideout where Anne lived in terror for two years was such a disrespectful thing to do.

Justin Bieber – at first we were impressed that you took time in Amsterdam on Apr. 13 to visit the Anne Frank House, where teenage Anne, her family, and another family cowered and prayed to avoid being captured and murdered by the Nazis during World War II.  Justin – it appeared that it showed a real depth of character for you to go there.

Justin Bieber: You Shouldn’t Have Been Shadow Boxing Inside Anne Frank House

Unfortunately, you didn’t seem to grasp the gravity of the Holocaust’s horror in which 6,000,000 Jews were murdered, simply for being Jewish. You didn’t seem to realize how terrified Anne , just 13, and her family must have felt facing persecution and certain death simply because of their religion. The note you wrote in the museum’s guestbook – "Truly inspiring to be able to come here. Anne was a great girl. Hopefully she would have been a belieber” — showed that you didn’t get it.

Now what’s even more disappointing is that photos taken by X17 show you and your friends were actually goofing around while touring the Anne Frank House, shadowboxing in front of a picture of Amsterdam during the Nazi occupation, during WW!

Justin- some situations just cannot be trivialized like this.

Just like you, Anne Frank was a sensitive and talented young person. You are gifted with musical ability , she was gifted with writing. However, you live in a time where your talent has brought you immense fame and wealth.Anne lived in a time where she could only hope to survive mass genocide. Nonetheless, she never gave up hope , writing about her difficult daily life and her dreams in her famous diary which has now been read now hundreds of millions of people around the globe. For two years, before the Nazis found her family, Anne maintained  hope and optimism that she would survive the war and persecution and get to would grow up to be an acclaimed writer. Sadly, she died of typhus in Bergen -Belsen concentration camp in March, 1945 , just one month before the camp was liberated by the British.

Justin Bieber: It’s Time To Educate Yourself

Justin — when you and your friends shadowboxed where Anne, her family, and her family friends lived in fear for two years, it just shows how uneducated you are on her life and the Holocaust. But I don’t blame you — I believe that if you had really been knowledgeable about Anne and the horrific experience  she lived through, you wouldn’t have taken your time at her home so lightly.

That’s why it’s time for you to make an effort to educate yourself. Even though you have your high school diploma, you clearly didn’t spend enough time learning about the Holocaust.  Start with Anne’s diary — it is an extremely moving, remarkable testament to the triumph of humanity in the face of unfathomable evil. Once you’ve finished the diary, then ask Oprah to suggest another informative book about the Holocaust to learn more. Remember, knowledge is power. The more knowledgeable you are about history and the world, the more prepared you are for life.

Shadow boxing at the Anne Frank House? You’re a much better guy than this, Justin. You can show everyone that.

What do you think, HollywoodLifers? Let me know!
