Looks like someone is loving the brightly colored makeup trend as much as we are! Kourtney Kardashian took to instagram on May 30 to show off her her new mauve lips. We couldn’t love it more, so we’re showing you how you can copy her gorgeous summer makeup with Kourtney’s very own cosmetics line!
Kourtney’s Mauve Lips – Get Her Look
Kourtney showed off her on-trend makeup to her instagram followers and captioned the photo “I've been waiting for this exact color to match my fav lip color Enjoystick “Modern Mauve” @kbeautyofficial“. Kourtney looked amazing with her straight hair and side-swept bangs, light purple eyeliner, but her lipstick really stood out.
To get the look use the Kardashian’s very on Khroma Beauty Joystick Lip Lacquer in Modern Mauve, as per Kourtney’s suggestion. This lipstick is super long-lasting without being drying or flakey. The color glides on nice and creamy and won’t run throughout the day. It’s perfect!
We’re sure her makeup artist, Matthew Vanleeuwen, agrees! Kourtney instagrammed another picture just a few hours later with her right-hand makeup man. Matthew is a favorite among celebrities, having worked with Jennifer Lawrence, Nicole Richie and many more.
Kourtney And Kardashian Beauty
Kourtney and her sisters Kim and Khloe Kardashian, launched Khroma at the end of 2012. However, soon after its launch the line was sued by Lee Tillett, the founder of a line of similarly named cosmetics called Kroma. The legal battle over trademarking lasted several months, but recently reached a conclusion in May 2013. The Kardashian sister’s have since decided to rename their cosmetics line Kardashian Beauty.
