Season two of ‘Million Dollar Listing New York’ premieres May 8, and HollywoodLife.com got all the dirt from real estate agent Ryan Serhant! Find out below what you can expect from the scandalous new season!

You thought first season was crazy? That was only “pre-school,” according to real estate agent Ryan Serhant. This season of Million Dollar Listing New York brings a new agent, new relationships, and of course, a lot of new drama.

Ryan Serhant: Season One Was Pre-School

Both Ryan and agent Fredrik Eklund return for season two of Million Dollar Listing New York and are joined by new competitor – Luis D. Ortiz.

“The first season is like pre-school compared to now — it’s a full-out war,” Ryan said of this upcoming season. However, what we see is how he really is. “[The show] tracks us as we live our lives, so if im going to say something stupid, I’d be an a–hole to say ‘oh I wish they didn’t show that.’ We’re all basically the way people see us. I don’t think I’m as much of a misogynist as I was in the first season!”

So, what’s the big difference? Well, the new agent brings something different to the screen.

“The interactions are far more dramatic with the intellect of new blood!” Ryan said laughing. “The new broker that is part of the cast — he’s great… although I don’t really like him.”

Real Estate Life Effects Dating Life For Ryan

While Ryan admits that this season definitely brings the drama, it also shows the personal lives of the agents — when they have time for them!

“You will see me kinda mingling, as much as I can,” Ryan said. “The real estate business has picked up so heaviliy, we’re so busy. I think there’s a couple good dates, maybe a few terrible.”

He also teased that in the end he may have found someone to settle down with — I guess we’ll have to wait to find out!

Real estate agent Fredrik does settle down this season, having a beach wedding with his partner Derek Kaplan. However, Ryan wasn’t invited.

“I tried to get a raft to get there, because he didn’t send me an invite,” Ryan joked about the destination wedding shown in the trailer. While he couldn’t make it for Fredrik’s big day, he congratulates Fredrick and his partner on their marriage and wishes them all the best. Aww.

Sounds civil to us. However, we’ve got a feeling the claws may come out when the season premieres on May 8.

Ryan Serhant Spills: Which NYC Neighborhood Is Next Big Thing?

Ryan let us in on a tip — the Lower East Side is the “it” neighborhood right now!

With “a lot of activity happening,” LES offers that “gritty” feeling that other residential neighborhoods don’t, allowing residents to still be reminded that they live in New York City.
