Randy Travis remains in critical condition after undergoing surgery to relieve pressure on his brain on July 10, his rep confirms. Before suffering a stroke, Randy, 54, was improving while being treated for heart failure caused by a viral infection.

Randy Travis Suffers Stroke — In Critical Condition Again
Randy’s rep announced on the night of July 10 that the country legend had suffered a terrible setback in his recovery.
"As a complication of his congestive heart failure, Mr. Randy Travis has suffered a stroke and is currently undergoing surgery to relieve pressure on his brain. He is in critical condition. We will have updates as they become available. His family and friends here with him at the hospital request your prayers and support,” a statement given to HollywoodLife.com read.
