Reid Flair: Funeral & Private Burial Ceremony Details Revealed Apr 2nd 2013, 13:04 The 25-year-old son of WWE legend Ric Flair was found dead in his hotel room on March 29, and now HollywoodLife.com can tell you where and when the family will be holding their son’s funeral. Reid Flair‘s death was shocking and totally unexpected. Reid, 25, was found by his father Ric Flair in his hotel room. Ric’s 911 calls have been released and it’s tragic listening to his father scream for the ambulance to come. HollywoodLife.com has learned tat Reid’s funeral will be held on April 3, in Charlotte, NC. Reid Flair’s Funeral & Burial Ceremony Revealed HollywoodLife.com spoke with the Flair family spokesperson who released this statement: “On behalf of Ric and his family, thank you for your love, concern, and support this week. Reid’s funeral will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, April 3 at Forest Hill Church (7224 Park Road Charlotte, NC 28210). The funeral will be open to family and friends who wish to pay their respects. (No photos or videos will be allowed and ample security will be present.)” The statement went on to say: “The burial following the ceremony will be private for family members only. Please send cards, memorial donations, condolences, flowers, care packages, etc. to the Legacy Talent offices as we see Ric daily and will ensure he receives every delivery. In the calls you can hear his father say: “He's out cold! He's out cold and he's purple! Please! Please get a 911 team to my room! It's a residential hotel on South Park. I've already called 911. Rob visited the swanky InterContinental Hotel around lunch time by himself, but sources tell HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY he wasn’t alone for long! Robert Pattinson’s Los Angeles Business Meeting “He was [at InterContinental] for about an hour talking to a few guys in suits, very business looking with what appeared to be scripts on the table,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY about Rob’s business meeting. Shain Gandee's Funeral: Family Hosting Fundraiser To Pay Expenses Apr 2nd 2013, 11:35 After the ‘Buckwilld’ star’s tragic death, his family is struggling to raise funds for his funeral — and are hosting an off-road trucking event to do so. Read on for more details. Shain Gandee tragically died at the age of 21 from suspected carbon monoxide poisoning after his vehicle got stuck in the mud, but the star of MTV’s Buckwild wasn’t left with a lot of money from the hit reality show — and now, his family is struggling to raise funds to cover his funeral expenses. Shain’s cousin Ashley Gandee is putting together a “mud-run,” or an off-road trucking event, in the reality star’s honor to raise money to help pay for his funeral, according to TMZ. “I know the strain they are going through. It’s hard to provide a proper burial. It’s already tough with the loss of family members,” Ashley told TMZ. “Expenses are tough as well.” Shain Gandee’s Memorial Fundraiser The event is scheduled to take place about 50 miles from Charleston, West Virginia where Buckwild is filmed in the town of Proctorville, Ohio, and each vehicle will be charged $10 to participate. Ashley is also taking donations for her cousin’s funeral, TMZ is reporting. Although the MTV series had previously been green-lighted for a second season — MTV has since halted production of season two after Shain’s death — it is unclear how much the cast earned from the first season of the show. Shain Gandee’s Death: How ‘Buckwild’ Star Died Shain was found dead in a ravine near his West Virginia home with his uncle David Gandee and a third unidentified person, reportedly due to carbon monoxide poisoning after the truck’s muffler got stuck submerged in mud. "Shain Lelyn Gandee (21 years old) and David Dwight Gandee (48 years old) were deceased in the vehicle. The third person has not been positively identified. There was no sign of foul play. The causes of death are still under investigation and will likely be determined following an autopsy by the West Virginia Office of the Chief Medical Examiner,” the Kanawha Sheriff's Office told HollywoodLife.com exclusively.
