Gucci Mane Did Not Insult Judge & Say: 'B*tch Please' Apr 18th 2013, 13:32 Reports swirled that the rapper insulted a judge in court when asked if he was guilty. But it turns out that it was a fake screengrab! Read on for the details and we found out it’s fake! Gucci Mane says he’s innocent! Well, not of his recent crimes, but of allegedly cussing out a judge in court. Gucci Mane Did Not Insult A Judge A screenshot went around the internet of Gucci standing in court with the caption: “B*tch I might be.” The report claimed that it was taken from a Fox News report and that the judge asked Gucci if he was guilty of assaulting a soldier. The line is actually a lyric from his song “Pillz (B*tch I Might Be). So it turns out this is fake! Gucci’s Legal Troubles The rapper was released on April 12 on bond for aggravated assault but was arrested again, the very next day. A judge sentenced Gucci to house arrest for allegedly cracking a champagne bottle over a fan’s head. We told you that James Lettley, a big fan of Gucci’s, asked a security guard in the VIP section of Harlem Nights in Atlanta if he could get a photo with the rapper. “I’m in the military. I wanted to get a picture with Gucci Mane, is it OK?” James, who was celebrating his birthday, asked a security guard. “I was speaking to the security guard, and Gucci Mane hit me in the head with a bottle.” The solider said that he was then struck again by one of Gucci’s friends, before he was taken to the Grady Memorial Hospital by ambulance where his injury required 10 stitches. “That is dangerous because if there was to be any other fan trying to approach him, ain’t no telling what else he might do to them,” he said. “He could have possibly killed me. Boston Bombing: FBI Seeking Two Lead Suspects In New Photo Apr 18th 2013, 13:08 Officials investigating the deadly Boston Marathon bombings, that occurred on April 15, are looking into new photos of two men, carrying a duffel bag and a backpack, spotted chatting near the packed finish line. A new set of photos, provided by a bystander who witnessed the Boston Marathon and the subsequent explosion on April 15, may lead investigators to the perpetrators of the attack. The photos show two men, wearing running gear and standing with bags, near the finish line before the fatal blasts. Authorities are asking for help to identify the two men in the pics. Boston Bombing Suspects — New Pic Circulating Among Officials "The attached photos are being circulated in an attempt to identify the individuals highlighted therein," said an e-mail obtained by the New York Post. "Feel free to pass this around to any of your fellow agents elsewhere." The photos in question show one man carrying a blue duffel bag. The other man with him is seen wearing a black backpack in the first photo, taken at 10:53 am, but the backpack is missing in the second, taken at 12:30 pm. Official Identify Potential Suspects Officials have reportedly identified two potential suspects through surveillance footage. Authorities know the names of the suspects, but don’t have enough information to arrest them, sources tell the Post. It’s unclear if the two men in the surveillance footage are the same two men in the new law enforcement photos. Boston Bombings: 3 Killed, 183 Injured There were two explosions at 2:50 pm on April 15, near the finish line of the Boston Marathon. About 183 people were injured and three were killed. Texas Fertilizer Explosion Kills 15, Injures More Than 100 Apr 18th 2013, 11:26 At least 15 are dead and hundreds of people are injured after a fertilizer plant erupted in a massive fireball in Texas on April 17. Plus, chilling footage is caught by a father and his son who witnessed the explosion. A fertilizer plant exploded on April 17 in West, Texas, killing 15 so far and injuring hundreds. Buildings in a five-block radius from the explosion were severely damaged. A bystander caught the explosion in a harrowing video. Texas Fertilizer Plant Explosion The fertilizer plant near Waco blew up after a fire that burned earlier in the day rekindled, sparking the explosion shortly before 8 PM, according to the New York Post. The explosion was said to be so powerful that it was felt 45 miles away. "It was like being in a tornado. Stuff was flying everywhere. It blew out my windshield," Debbie Marak, 58, said — she was driving near the plant when it exploded. "It was like the whole earth shook." Homes Destroyed In Iraq-Like Bomb Blast "There was an apartment complex that was completely destroyed. It looked like a bomb blast in Iraq," Texas state trooper spokesman D.L. Wilson said. "There were 133 victims in the nursing home that we had to get out," Wilson added. "A lot of elderly people were injured by flying bricks." As of this morning, a group of firefighters and a law enforcement officer, working to evacuate residents and put out the initial fire, are still unaccounted for. Death Toll Rising Right now, the explosion site is being considered a crime scene. "We need your prayers. We've got a lot of people who are hurt, and there's a lot of people, I'm sure, who aren't gonna be here tomorrow," West Mayor Tommy Muska said. "We're gonna search for everybody," he added. "We're gonna make sure everybody's accounted for. That's the most important thing right now." Our thoughts go out to all those affected by this terrible tragedy.
