Kate Hudson, 34, poses for the new Ann Taylor campaign. Having been the face of the brand since 2012, her latest campaign looks like it is going to be a real treat! Looking so at ease in front of the camera, Hudson’s new photos have us more than excited to see the new line.
Kate Hudson & Her Nephews For Ann Taylor:
Kate dished to WWD about what to expect in the Ann Taylor campaign. “We have a very, very close family, so for them to be here today and enjoy this process with me and to be able to see them on Madison Avenue in these pictures is going to be a lot of fun,” she said. The main image has Kate posing with her two nephews as they play in the kitchen. All smiles, the gorgeous actress dons an absolutely stunning outfit featuring a gray pencil skirt and a black ruffled sleeveless tank with a plunging neckline. The gold belt cinches her waist and is a great accent, making the look a perfect way to go from the desk to dinner.
Another image sets the scene with Hudson posing in front of a slew of toys after a heavy rainstorm in a deep pink trench coat, looking confident and chic as if she is “Supermom,” ready to go to work and to be a family girl. Another photo shows Hudson applying her lipstick in the mirror in the bathroom. The clothing line is supposed to “bridge the gap between workwear and eveningwear – multitasking fashion for the multitasking professional woman.” Hudson agrees, telling WWD that the campaign’s mission coincides with her personal life as well — and we think the photos do a perfect job at portraying that message.
The new clothes look absolutely incredible and we can’t wait to see what the campaign has in store. Kate offers a piece of advice, as well. “But if I were to offer my advice, I’d say, Try to be present. When you’re at your job, be 100 per cent committed to it and do the very best you can. And when you go home at night, leave all the work behind and show up completely for your family. That’s the best part of your day, so really be there.”
This campaign is definitely an important message for all working moms, especially those that are super fashionable.
