The glowing ‘Skyfall’ singer stunned in a black fully-beaded floor-length Jenny Packham gown for the 2013 Academy Awards — a much more glamorous and flattering upgrade from her 2013 Grammys dress! What do YOU think of her look?
Adele apparently got the memo that the red floral Valentino gown she wore to the 2013 Grammys was unflattering and a fashion miss — she she made up for it at the 2013 Academy Awards two weeks later in a fully beaded black tulle gown by British designer Jenny Packham, showing off her post-baby curves.
The 24-year-old singer is nominated for Best Original Song for her performance of Skyfall from the James Bond film of the same name. It is also the first night Adele will be performing on TV since she gave birth, so it’s a big night for the Skyfall singer – and she definitely dressed gorgeous and glamorous for the part!
Adele’s bespoke full-length gown is a flattering choice for the new mom, who welcomed her first son — reportedly named Angelo — in October, and contrasts her fair skin tone nicely. The dress closely resembles the full-length sequined and black mesh Giorgio Armani dress she wore to the 2012 Grammys, which was also a major fashion hit for the talented star.

The British pop star is up against “Everybody Needs a Best Friend” from the movie Ted, “Before My Time,” from the film Chasing Ice, “Pi’s Lullaby” from Life of Pi and “Suddenly“ from Les Miserables.
