Kim Kardashian Reassures Her Fans Via Twitter
“Thanks for all the well wishes, I’m doing fine! Just resting…have a good weekend. Love you guys!” Kim happily tweeted on Mar. 8. What a relief!
Things definitely didn’t look as benign a few days earlier when Kim began worrying about pregnancy complications while on a plane from Paris to Los Angeles.
"Kim started feeling ill on the plane from Paris, and called friends as soon as she landed," a source told the New York Post. "She was rushed to her doctor Tuesday night in tears. She thought she was having a miscarriage."
It’s great to know that those fearful moments are behind her and that the experience hasn’t brought her down.

It’s also reassuring to see that Kim is “just resting.” Since getting pregnant Kim has seemed to completely ignore the fact, carrying on with her celebrity lifestyle unimpeded. She’s made appearances and taken trips to Rio de Janeiro and Paris, it’s no wonder that her doctors are now telling her to take it easy.
"Kim's not respecting her pregnancy," a source also told the Post. "She's running around, working out seven days a week. She's working with two different trainers to control her weight, including Tracy Anderson and a pregnancy trainer."
Hopefully this scare will just serve as a benevolent wakeup call for Kim — there’s no shame in taking a break from the spotlight while you’re pregnant!
