Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth started as on again, off again hookups before blossoming into full-blown love. It’s been years since they’ve been apart, until now. But it was only a matter of time — we can think of a few things that created a wedge between these two sexy stars.
Miley Cyrus: The Party Girl Liam Couldn’t Tame
Liam had to know this going in — Miley is a party girl. During their relationship, Miley had a salvia scandal AND a marijuana scandal. In fact, it isn’t even that shocking anymore when the Hannah Montana star Instagrams incriminating photos of herself. Either Liam thought he could keep up with her or he thought he could change her. Evidently he was wrong on both fronts, and it eventually became too much for him.
Miley Cyrus Shares Way Too Much
Another thing that Miley did to get on Liam’s nerves — oversharing. The couple got into multiple spats because of Miley’s bad habit of updating everyone about her relationship via Twitter. It got so bad that Liam actually once demanded that she delete her account altogether.
And it wasn’t just on social networks that Miley couldn’t keep her secrets to herself. Talking to Cosmopolitan magazine she raved about how hot she thought her fiance was, and even called him “hubby” and said that they were married! Liam’s a laid back Australian, so that sort of thing just won’t fly.
Miley Cyrus & Liam Hemsworth Played Too Many Games
But the real issue, the thing that truly drove Liam and Miley apart, was they’re rampant game-playing. Two people who love each other should never be doing that kind of thing! A source confided in Us Weekly and revealed that Miley and Liam “love to push each other’s buttons.”
For example, HollywoodLife.com reported exclusively that the reason Miley took off her ring was because she knew she’d be photographed without it and hoped Liam would see the photos and give her more attention as a result. “They like to create drama in their relationship,” the source also says.
Well, mission accomplished guys. You’ve definitely got a lot of drama between the two of you now!
