8 pm Arrow (The CW) | Oliver and Diggle learn that Deadshot is still alive – and his next target is Malcolm!
8 pm The Middle (ABC) | Jane Kaczmarek (Malcom in the Middle) returns as dental-assistant-school teacher Mrs. Armwood, whom Frankie needs to please in order to obtain a prime rotation spot.

9 pm Boston’s Finest (TNT) | Series premiere: Donnie Wahlberg (Blue Bloods) exec-produces this unscripted series about the men and women of the Boston Police Department.
9 pm Law & Order: SVU (NBC) | A rising star is beaten by her high-profile boyfriend, so the team goes to work to bring Chris Brown the abuser to justice. Jeffrey Tambor (Arrested Development) guest-stars.
9 pm Criminal Minds (CBS) | Is guest star Scott Grimes (ER) the stalker who’s been tracking the BAU’s every move? They seem to think so — and set out to prove it.
9 pm Modern Family (ABC) | The Hunger Games’ Elizabeth Banks returns as Cam and Mitch’s gal pal Sal, who’s got big news: She’s getting married – tomorrow! – and wants the guys to stand up for her. But though she’s thinking honeymoon, they’re thinking intervention.
10 pm Psych (USA Network) | Season 7 premiere: After Henry takes a bullet to the chest and is rushed to the hospital, a spiteful Shawn seeks revenge on the shooter and everyone else involved in the scandal.
