The football star announced that his wife is expecting their second child Wednesday, March 20th, congrats! The football player recently talked about the exciting news.
Eli Manning, 32 and his wife, Abby are expecting a baby this coming June. It looks like their daughter, Ava Frances, just a day shy of two years old, will have to get ready to be a big sister!
“She’s due in June,” the happy quarterback told Us at a Samsung event on March 20. “We’re all very excited.”
Eli Manning’s Daughter Is Excited For Baby & Birthday
As eager as Eli’s daughter Ava is to be a big sis, she’s also just as excited for her second birthday on March 21!
“Well, it’s her birthday tomorrow!” Eli told Us on March 20. ”We’re doing a party Easter weekend. We have all our family in town and do a little party.”
He then revealed that his little girl is talking a lot and loves to watch Dora The Explorer. How cute!
Eli Speaks Out About His Marriage
The happy couple met junior year attending Old Miss. They later got married April 2008 at One & Only Palmilla Resort in Los Cabos, Mexico.
"I think a marriage, if you get the right one, it definitely works well, 'cause you can stay focused on your job," says Eli. "She's there to support me, and just try to lift the spirits."
"In some ways, we have similar personalities, where she is laid-back," Eli adds, "but she kinda knows when to get serious and when to be hard on me or keeps me in a straight line, which I like."
