Plus, watch the full panel with the ‘Game Of Thrones’ cast for a hilarious behind-the-scenes look at the series.

The lords and ladies of Westeros assembled in Hollywood on March 19 for a special event hosted by the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, and while they couldn’t spell out exactly what’s going to happen on Game of Thrones‘ upcoming third season, they did give us a little peek into the show’s future — including who will eventually sit upon the Iron Throne!

Who will take the Iron Throne? OK, let’s start with the big one. Author George R. R. Martin was on hand to answer this one — and rightfully so, as he isn’t finished writing the book series upon which the show is based. He revealed that he does know who will eventually be seated at King’s Landing when the series comes to an end, but that there will be several people seated there first. While that answer is admittedly vague, it does give us some hope that Joffrey (Jack Gleeson) will soon be on his way out!

Is there real romance in Jaime & Cersei’s future? You’re probably not a big fan of incest — as you shouldn’t be — but you have to admit that Jaime (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) and Cersei’s (Lena Headey) relationship is fascinating. The duo was asked about their potential future together, and Lena pretty much dashed all sick hopes of a brother-sister lovefest. She said Cersei would rather be Jaime than be with him.

When will Sansa stop being so terrible? Soon! Sophie Turner promised that, while Sansa started out “innocent and naïve,” she’s finally learning who she can (and can’t) trust. So expect to see her start using her head!

Will Tyrion ever have a beard? Don’t lie, you know you’re curious. Anyway, the answer is definitely ‘no,’ as Peter Dinklage revealed that his one demand before signing on to play Tyrion was “no beards.” More specifically, “no long beards.”
