Are you ready party people? Because the Jonas Brothers are officially back! Their first album since 2009 is set to hit shelves later this year, and the amazing video for the album’s first single, “Pom Poms,” is out!
Jonas Brothers New Video: ‘Pom Poms’ Rocks Our World
The JoBros were planning on releasing the video on Apr. 2 on On Air With Ryan Seacrest — and had been teasing the video on their YouTube channel all week — but as things tend to go in this day and age, “Poms Poms” has leaked onto the internet a couple days early.
And not a day too soon — playing on the video’s marching band brass sound, the video takes place smack dab in the middle of a high school football field. Joe, Kevin, and Nick rock out accompanied by sexy dancers, and “Pom Poms’” infectious sound travels all across America!
‘Pom Poms’: The Jonas Brothers’ Sexy Dance-Off
The song itself is fantastic — slick and fun with a dab of the old school a la Bruno Mars. But our favorite part of the video has to be the climax, when the Jonas Brothers have a Drumline-esque dance-off with their hot dance squad. The brothers playfully bust out their best dance moves while singing, “Baby put your pom poms down for me.” We didn’t think they had moves like that!
The video and song are a great sign for JoBro fans — and music fans in general. They’re back with real swagger and energy, and we’re eating up every second of it.
