Sean Parker — creator of Napster and the guy who told Mark Zuckerberg to drop the “the” in Facebook — must be a big fan of King Arthur, or maybe even Game of Thrones! His wedding with Alexandra Lenas this summer will reportedly be an elaborate medieval celebration.
Sean Parker’s Medieval Wedding Extravaganza
The medieval theme of the wedding, which will take place on Jun. 1 in the forest of Big Sur, Calif., has already been kicked into action, according to Page Six. “The save-the-date cards have already gone out, which look like medieval scroll, telling guests that the wedding will consist of a number of events over the weekend of Jun. 1,” their source says.
To make things even more legit, each guest will reportedly receive their own custom-made medieval costume. “It's not yet fully decided what the costumes will be like,” the source tells Page Six. “The theme is supposed to fit in with the environment and the natural beauty of the area. But, yes, there is a chance the wedding could end up looking like an episode of Game of Thrones." Hey, can we get an invite to this!?
Whether Sean is a King Henry VIII fan or a Ned Stark fan, this wedding sounds like a ton of fun. And really, you can’t expect anything less from a guy who was played by Justin Timberlake in a movie — he’s got a reputation to uphold.
