Khloe Kardashian has been vocal about wanting to have kids with husband Lamar Odom since they got married in September 2009. But now that Kim Kardashian is pregnant with her first child, a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that Khloe is pressured to put her baby plans on hold to her family’s brand!
According to their momager Kris Jenner, having babies is also a matter of business — and being pregnant means major bankability.
“Khloe and Lamar will not be having a child this year for two reasons. Kris Jenner wants Kim to be the focus with her child and all that will bring in endorsements and future shows,” a source close to the situation reveals to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.
But that’s not the only reason holding the happy couple back from welcoming a bundle of joy — Lamar has some career arrangements he needs to make.
“Lamar will be unemployed as his contract with the Clippers is up and he will be looking for a job,” the source added.
Khloe Kardashian ‘Let Go’ From ‘The X Factor’ Hosting Job
Another source revealed to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that Khloe would put her baby plans on hold anyway if she was asked back as host of The X Factor. But amid reports that she was “let go” from the gig — reps for the show won’t confirm or deny the allegations — it seems as though Khloe will have to wait to have a baby regardless.
