Zendaya rocked the dance floor on the March 18 premiere of Dancing With The Stars. She was so cute in a purple leotard and a yellow floral skirt. Her hair and makeup made her look much older than her 16 years, and now we’re spilling the secret products used on her so you can get a look just like her!
Celebrity hairstylist Araxi Lindsey recently told HollywoodLife.com, “Zendaya naturally has amazing hair. She loves movement and easy flowing tresses.” She created the hair Zendaya rocked in her “Contagious Love” music video.
Zendaya’s Wavy Hair — Get Her Pretty Look
To get a look like Zendaya, Araxi likes using a nourishing oil like White Sands Orchids Oil to keep hair sleek and shiny. The oil is light, so it doesn’t make hair heavy or greasy. It smells fantasic on hair and is really light-weight and great to keep your hair healthy.
If your hair is not naturally wavy, use a curling iron to create body and curls. The thicker the curling iron, the looser the wave. For Zendaya’s look on Dancing, part hair in the middle.
Take a one inch piece from each side of your head — think of the hair just above your temple. Simultaneously twist the pieces while pulling them towards the back of your head. Secure both pieces together with a clear rubber band.
