Sometimes even the smallest changes end up being the most bewildering. For example, when Justin recently decided to stop spiking his hair and adopted a “Skrillex” hairstyle, people everywhere were shocked — and completely undecided — about the new Bieber. “He looks odd, like it's fake or he's sick or something weird.
