Miley Cyrus, never a dull moment. The Hannah Montana star kicked back on her hotel balcony on Apr. 6 and lit up a very funny-looking cigarette.
Miley Cyrus Caught Smoking On Hotel Balcony
Miley reclined on the balcony’s chaise lounge and broke out what appears to be a hand-rolled cigarette of sorts. The actress puffed away initially in ski hat and sunglasses, though she quickly removed both accessories.
Miley’s chill-out session was caught on film by a photographer, and while there’s no real way to know what Miley was indulging in, she does have a history of smoking various substances. In 2009, a video caught Miley in the act of smoking salvia from a bong.
Two years later, Miley’s friends gave her a Bob Marley birthday cake, of which she commented, “You know you’re a stoner when your friends make you a Bob Marley cake. You know you smoke way too much f**king weed!” She later backed off of her comments, saying she was just joking.
But scandal hasn’t evaded her since then — this year, an Instagram account posted two pictures, one showing a girl who appeared to be Miley blowing smoke, and another of the same girl sitting in front of a pile of a suspicious-looking green substance. Miley responded to the pictures with a denial, saying, “I don’t have an Instagram.”
Miley Cyrus: Singing About Smoking In New Song?
If Miley wants to convince us otherwise though, she definitely is trying too hard. Just this week, Miley released a song featuring Snoop Lion (a notorious marijuana enthusiast) called “Ashtrays and Heartbreaks.” The song contains lines such as “My buzz is going” and “Fill up all those ashtrays,” not exactly innocent imagery.
This is just the latest installment of Miley being Miley. She loves having a good time, and she’s been in the middle of working herself ragged recording her new album, so she probably deserves to kick back a little.
