After the news broke on May 17 that Beyonce was expecting again, experts revealed EXCLUSIVELY to HollywoodLife.com how the singer can stay healthy while balancing her pregnancy and her exhausting world tour!

Beyonce, 31, has another bun in the oven, multiple sources have confirmed! However, she still has a whopping 40 world tour dates in The Mrs. Carter Show. Is it healthy for her to be traveling the world, dancing around on stage and singing while the baby grows inside her? Experts have weighed in to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY!

Beyonce: How She Can Continue Touring While Pregnant

“The first twelve to fourteen weeks are a time of major shifts in body fluids,” Dr. Melody T. McCloud, OB-GYN and author of Living Well: The Black Woman’s Guide to Health, Sex and Happiness EXCLUSIVELY tells HollywoodLife.com about Beyonce’s pregnancy, which E! Online confirmed on May 17.

“It’s also an important time for the fetus to firmly attach to the lining of the womb,” Dr. McCloud added.

So, does that mean she can’t tour? Well not exactly.

Bey has 40 tour dates left — 12  are in Europe, and 28 in North America, and her tour wraps on Aug. 5 in New York City. Meanwhile, she’s also balancing her time with hubby Jay-Z, 43, and 16-month-old daughter Blue Ivy Carter.

“Beyonce is a killer on stage! She uses every ounce of her body to do her stage performance,” Dr. Tara Solomon, OG-GYN, tells HollywoodLife.com. “If anyone can [tour while pregnant], it’s Beyonce! She just needs to keep herself hydrated during her performances. When she gets about 15 weeks, she’s going to start showing and then it starts getting dangerous to jump up and down because there will be placental issues.”

Even though Beyonce loves to wear her extravagant stage costumes, Dr. Solomon advises otherwise.

“I would advise Beyonce to not overdue, to avoid the high heels (especially while dancing); and since she reportedly had a previous miscarriage, I’d suggest erring on the side of caution with regard to excess, sudden moves or jolts to her body.”

Beyonce Will Continue To Tour Through Pregnancy

Beyonce is one of the most active performers out there — constantly jumping around on stage, and really rocking out. So, she may have to take it easy, since a source close to the star has already told us EXCLUSIVELY that she will continue touring until her concert wraps in August.

“It’s hard for celebrities — or anyone dedicated to being there for their clients, fans — to say ‘no’ sometimes, but now the baby must be the top priority,” Dr. McCloud says. “Until she gets past the first trimester, it may be touch-and-go regarding being able to keep her scheduled performances. After 13-14 weeks until 36 weeks, she will probably feel better and stronger.”

Tell us, HollywoodLifers — do you think Bey should continue to tour?
