Now that’s how you work the red carpet! The star sizzled in a long-sleeved mermaid gown that clung to her curves — do you think it’s her best look ever?
Eva Longoria totally rocked the red carpet at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival on May 17 when the 38-year-old star attended the Le Passe premiere on May 17. It wouldn’t be Cannes without Eva wowing the crowd in a gorgeous gown with a dramatic, floor-sweeping train — and that’s exactly what she did.

The star is never one to miss a walk on the grand red carpet at Cannes — and she knows just how to work it. For her first appearance at the 2013 festival she stunned in a golden, long-sleeved gown from Zuhair Murad‘s Spring 2013 collection. The couture creation featured a sweeping train and a very sexy open-back detailing. The dress literally fit her frame like a glove and the fabric skimmed across her curves while the intricate metallic embroidery woven throughout the fabric looked beautiful in the light. Eva looked like a vision from the front — and the drama continued when she turned around!
Not many petite stars can pull off a sweeping train, but Eva is such a pro! The dramatic detailing was simply breathtaking — and that wasn’t all. The dress had a seriously sexy vibe thanks to her bare back. While I love a backless dress, my only complaint was that the gown revealed Eva’s back tattoo. Unfortunately it wasn’t my favorite accessory on the star.
Eva let the detailing of the dress do the talking and didn’t over accessorize. Instead, a hanging pair of earrings and a neat and chic ponytail finished off her premiere perfect ensemble. I love how she wore her hair back to keep the focus on the gorgeous dress.
