Ever since we saw Keira Knightley’s character get married in Love Actually we’ve been anticipating her actual wedding day. That day finally came on May 4 when the 28-year-old actress married her boyfriend of about two years, James Righton, 29.

The wedding was as beautiful as Keira, set in the gorgeous, quaint town of Mazan, France, which is about two hours away from Nice. A large tent was built right into the rolling countryside for the ceremony — a perfect setting for a marriage. Only 11 family and friends were in attendance for the intimate ceremony.
Keira was looking elegant as always in a custom-made gown by Chanel with a cropped jacket and a flower-laced headband.
And no fancy getaway cars for this newly wed couple — they hopped into a compact silver Renault Clio after the ceremony.
Keira Knightley & James Righton: The Cutest Couple?
Keira met James, who is the vocalist and keyboardist of the London-based new wave band Klaxons, in 2011 through mutual friend Alexa Chung. They got engaged in May 2012 and recently moved in together to a house in east London.
“It’s not like the first three months, the first two years, or whatever it is, but I think it gets more interesting, or I hope so,” Keira recently told Marie Claire. Sounds like she’s exciting to be a newlywed!
They’re so cute together — it really seems like Keira and James are passionately in love with each other. We’re thrilled that she’s found the love of her life, and so happy she was able to celebrate with such an amazing, intimate, and romantic ceremony.
