Robert Pattinson’s apparently doing pretty well since breaking up with Kristen Stewart. She’s struggled getting over Rob, but him? He feels like a weight has been lifted off of him.
Robert Pattinson Has ‘Never Felt So Free’ Since Breakup
“Rob has never felt so free,” a source close to the 27-year-old actor tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. Now that Rob has split from K-Stew, he has more time to focus on the things he wants, and he no longer has to feel weighted by a girlfriend, the source explains. Instead of being bummed that his relationship hit a wall, Rob is simply “glad to only have to be in charge of himself.”
“Through the years, Kristen definitely became too dependent on him,” the source continues.
Without having to worry about Kristen, Rob can focus more on his career and taking his acting to the next level.
Robert Pattinson Doesn’t Want ‘To Get Dragged Into The Past’
And now that he’s gotten a taste of this freedom, he’s not ready to give it up. “Kristen keeps blowing up his phone but he’s not trying to get dragged back into the past, so he’s not really picking up,” says the source.
This is what breakups are for — to give a couple a different perspective and independence. Rob should totally take this opportunity to work on himself. The fact that he’s enjoying the single doesn’t rule out a reunion with Kristen, it just means that he’s getting the most out of the break.
