Kanye West has put his all into parenthood — he even sings to his baby girl, North West, as HollywoodLife.com previously reported exclusively. But does crooning a few lullabies mean he can pass off all diaper duty to Kim Kardashian, as a new report suggests?
Kanye West: Where He Stands On Diapers
“Nonsense,” a source close to Kanye tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively. “He changes his baby’s diapers and goes beyond the call of duty for his child.”
On July 4, a report stated that while Kanye was a good daddy, changing diapers was the one thing he wouldn’t do, according to Us Weekly.
But Kanye was clearly shortchanged by the report — he’s an all-around, full-effort kind of father. “Ain’t nothing he wouldn’t do for that baby,” the source strongly states.
Kanye West: A Good, Hands-On Dad
HollywoodLife.com also reported exclusively that Yeezy has the necessary training to change diapers — Cedars Sinai, where North was born, taught him how:
Every new mom and dad that leaves here with their newborn baby is fully prepared on how to take care of their little one. It doesn't matter if they are famous or not, both mom and dad are taught by the nurses how to properly change a diaper. Most of the new moms are adamant that their significant other learn how to change a diaper!
Besides being well-trained, Kanye has also made sure to be as hands-on as possible, and that means making sure either him or Kim is with Nori at all times, a source told HollywoodLife.com exclusively:
They made a deal that for the first six months to a year, the baby has to be with either one of them. So if Kanye is out working, Kim has the baby. And if Kim's working, Kanye's on duty. They're not trying to leave the baby in somebody else's hands. They are hands on parents and will be that way forever!
Kanye would have never made that promise if he wasn’t prepared to change a diaper or two!
The rapper continues to be discounted as a parent, but take it from us, this guy is dedicated to his child and will do anything for her. Even if it means getting a bit of a mess on his mink coats.
