'The Bachelorette': AshLee Frazier Vs Desiree Hartsock For The Role Feb 28th 2013, 18:53 It’s down to the final two! ABC announced that they will be revealing the newest ‘Bachelorette’ on March 11, and a new report says it is certain to be either AshLee or Desiree, who were both rejected by Sean Lowe! On Feb. 27 ABC announced that the newest season of The Bachelorette would begin on our screens on May 20, and the girl who would be handing out those all important roses will be announced on Sean Lowe's March 11 season finale of The Bachelor. And while we previously reported that four of Sean’s rejects would be in the running, the playing field has already been leveled to TWO! Desiree Hartsock and AshLee Frazier are neck in neck for the part — vote for your favorite here! Desiree Hartsock & AshLee Frazier — Who Will Be ‘The Bachelorette’? HollywoodLife.com previously reported that runner up Lindsay Yenter was a shoo in for the part, but for some unknown reason she has been dropped from the list, reports Reality Steve. He says that AshLee, 32, and Desiree, 26, are the only two being considered at this point. Lesley Murphy has not been completely knocked off yet, but she is very unlikely to be asked. An ABC spokesperson EXCLUSIVELY told HollywoodLife.com on Feb. 26 that "No one has been picked yet." Considering the show will begin filming in mid-March, ABC really needs to decide soon! So who should get it — Desiree or AshLee? Desiree has been open about her willingness to do it, as she said “I would have to think about it and make sure I’m prepared to get back on the emotional roller coaster” on Feb. 14. “I do believe in the experience.” Personally, I am rooting for Des! She was so honest and emotional when Sean eliminated her, and I admired that. She would make a really great pick!
