The end may finally be near for Kim and her husband [technically] — the trial date has been set for May 6. Let’s hope she’s divorced before she has her baby.
Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries may actually be divorced just in time for the summer. TMZ is reporting that a judge just set their trial for May 6. This could get ugly!
Will Kim & Kris Ever Get Divorced?
Their 72-day-marriage has turned into a year-and-a-half divorce! Kris really wants to prove fraud but it’s going to be pretty hard to prove. Kris really wants an annulment which is why this has been taking so long. But Kim’s attorney Laura Wasser wants to show that Kris has abused the legal system by “stalling” this divorce.
Kris’ Divorce Attorney Quits
We told you that Kris’ attorney Marshall Waller quit and made claims that there are no grounds for an annulment. But Kris still has to find another California attorney.
Kim’s mom Kris Jenner is really worried that the stress of the divorce is hurting Kim’s baby.
“Several days ago, Kim called her doctor in the middle of the night to come to the house because she was having severe pains,” a source says. “The doctor examined her, but then warned he believed the problems were largely stress-related.”
We just hope that these two can finally go their separate ways because Kim has clearly moved on with her life!
