After much talk about the destruction his rising would bring, a mummified Silas was awakened… and promptly snapped Jeremy’s neck! Guess it wasn’t his arms we should have been worried about a couple weeks ago, but his everything.
This being Vampire Diaries, we have to ask: Do you think the snap of Jer’s final moments had the ring of permanence to it? Are you hoping he miraculously survives?

As if that development wasn’t enough, the hour also saw Bonnie get stabbed by hunter Vaughn and yet another sad parting for lovebirds Caroline and Tyler, who seems to be on his way out of Mystic Falls in order to avoid Klaus’ wrath.
