Chris Brown’s Best Buddies: Charity Work For Symphonic Love Foundation
Chris, 23, has totally turned over a new leaf this year! Pop’s former bad boy spend the day of March 27 with renowned painter and sculptor Romero in order to raise money for children in need. Titled the Global Best Buddies Day, it aims to inspire action and understanding, while raising awareness and respect for people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities.
And Chris did not sit back — he stepped in and got his hands dirty! Chris spend the day with painting with the children, making many paintings, which will be sold to raise big bucks for the charity.
So great!
“They inspired each other. After they painted the mural to auction for Best Buddies, Chris and Britto went outside to paint the wall at the entrance to Britto’s studio,” said an onlooker about the day. “The paps were all over the street standing on cars to try to get shots.”
This is not the first time that Chris has made a huge different in the lives of less fortunate children.
Chris Brown Doubles Symphonic Love Scholarships To Help Teens
On Feb. 9, Chris visited the renowned Debbie Allen Dance Academy to award scholarships to five teenage Dance Academy finalists, funded by Chris' program. Chris was only supposed to award five scholarships, but instead he awarded 11 because he didn’t want to let any of the kids down!
"He saw how devastated the kids would be if they weren't chosen and he decided on the spot to more than double the scholarships to 11," the eyewitness reports. "The kids were so excited they were crying."
Chris is truly an inspirational role model — keep up the good work Chris!
