The fashionable first lady donned a floral frock by Prabal Gurung for the special occasion — but that wasn’t the first time we spotted that dress!
Michelle Obama greeted Prince Harry at a reception in honor of military mothers and their children on May 9, where the first lady hosted the British royal at the White House. She looked ready for spring in her pretty dress from designer Prabal Gurung‘s Resort 2013 collection!
Michelle Obama’s Dress:
While we loved the floral frock on the fashionable first lady, that wasn’t the first time we saw the look! In fact, Michelle first debuted the dress back in October 2012 for a TV appearance on Kelly & Michael.
We’re sure Prince Harry could care less that Michelle didn’t break out a new dress for the occasion — after all, Kate Middleton is known for rewearing just like Michelle!
The first lady paired her dress with a thick stack of bangles and statement earrings, while the short-sleeves allowed Michelle to show off her arms — one of her favorite assets! She also debuted a brand new ‘do that looked lovely with the ensemble.
