Season four may not premiere until October, but we’ve got the very first photo from the all new season of ‘The Walking Dead.’
Production resumed on The Walking Dead on May 6, and AMC has released the very first image from season four. While we don’t see much, we do see Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) in the woods, potentially being followed by a scary looking zombie!
‘The Walking Dead’ Season 4: First Photo
Zombies are certainly not new for The Walking Dead, but who knows — this could be a super zombie who’s ready to give Rick and his group a run for their money. Either way, we’ll have to wait a few more months to get a bit more info.
More Scoop On Season 4
At the end of season three, Rick welcomed the ex-Woodbury group into the prison. While many questions were left unanswered, executive producer Gale Anne Hurd recently opened up about plans for season four.
She says the governor is still very present in the continuing storyline when season four begins — he'll appear as a series regular. We’ll also be seeing a time jump!
Gale said, "Every season, yes, there will more than likely be a passage of time. [The storyline is] unlikely to follow directly after the end of [the season finale]."
What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Are you excited for season four?
