The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled on June 28 that same-sex marriages can resume in California, a move that the Supreme Court paved the way for on June 26, when they struck down DOMA and Prop 8! Very soon after, celebrities took to Twitter so share their excitement.
