Are we ready for the softer side of Yeezy? A source close to the rapper tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that he’s been a big teddy bear since his daughter was born, and that he hasn’t stopped showering her with love.
HollywoodLife.com reported exclusively that Kanye West was learning to change diapers, but it turns out he’s doing much more than that as a new father to show his love for his baby girl, North.
Fatherhood: The Softer Side Of Kanye West
“He’s emotional. He’s a new dad so that’s to be expected,” a source close to the 36-year-old rapper tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively. “Everybody’s about to see a softer side of this guy.”
The insider reveals that since Kim Kardashian gave birth to North on June 15, Kanye has been a real softie of a dad, showering her with love.
“He said he held her and patted her back,” the source says, but even cuter, “He told me he sang to her.” Aww! Let’s just all take a moment and imagine the guy who wrote “Black Skinhead” singing a lullaby to his infant daughter. Adorable, right?
“All he told me was that his girl was ‘the most beautiful girl ever beside her mama.’” Wow — we really like the soft side of Kanye West!
Kim Kardashian & Kanye West Name Their Daughter North
Some people turned their heads on June 20 when news broke that Kim and Kanye had named their daughter North, but it turns out the name is just another expression of the pure adoration and love the parents have for their child.
“Kanye doesn’t think he’s a star, but he thinks his little girl is — and her name, North, points in that direction,” a source told HollywoodLife.com exclusively.
