Our favorite country crooners stepped out for the 48th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Apr. 7, where they showed off a slew of versatile looks on the red carpet. From Taylor Swift to Carrie Underwood, see who made our best dressed list & VOTE for which look you really loved.
ACM Awards Best Dressed:
The golden girl is back! After showing off a slew of sexy dresses on the red carpet, Taylor went back to basics in an embellished gown. The singer has an affinity for feminine frocks and gold dresses so it comes as no surprise to see her in this dress.
Jewel was one of the first ladies to walk the red carpet, and she looked ready for spring in her strapless pink gown. The form-fitting frock by Georges Chakra Couture fit her like a glove and allowed the 38-year-old to flaunt her figure. The mermaid gown was embellished with sequins while the bottom was embroidered with an iridescent train.
Pink was a popular color on the red carpet. Carrie Underwood showing off a full, printed strapless gown in a floral print that boasted vibrant blush tones. The frock, by Naeem Khan, was from the designer’s Resort 2013 collection. The 30-year-old songstress looked lovely, pulling her hair back in curls to keep the focus on the frock. Carrie often wears her hair down in the same wavy style so it was nice to see the star debut a new ‘do.
