Chris Brown and Rihanna’s reunion was and still is arguably one of the most controversial in Hollywood history. Three years after Chris was charged with assaulting RiRi in February 2009, the two reunited and gave their romance a second shot. Unfortunately, they’re currently on the outs. Chris has been spending more time with his ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran and Rihanna’s busy touring the country.
Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart
Twilight fans were devastated when they found out that Kristen Stewart cheated on Robert Pattinson in July 2012. They took some time apart, but Rob ultimately forgave K-Stew and took her back in the fall of 2012. They had some ups and downs, but we really thought they’d last forever. Sadly, Rob moved his stuff out of Kristen’s house on May 19 and they’re no longer together.
Justin Bieber & Selena Gomez
Justin, 19, and Selena, 20, are hot one day and cold the next. Either they’re meant to be together or they’re afraid to date other people. Yes, change can sting, but if you’re dissing each other in the media and on Twitter while broken up, it doesn’t seem healthy to get back together. Are we right or wrong? Currently, Justin and Selena are dating again, but this time it’s a “trial period.” Let’s hope they make it work this time around!
Liam Hemsworth & Miley Cyrus
Liam and Miley became engaged in June 2012. They seemed like a match made in heaven, but over time their relationship began to dissolve. Miley went through an extreme transformation, cutting all of her hair off and dressing more grungy, while Liam was allegedly seen flirting with January Jones at a pre-Oscars party. It’s been a few weeks since Miley and Liam were photographed together and on May 29, it was reported that Liam called off their engagement and dumped Miley. However, Miley is in denial and she’s still wearing her engagement ring!
John Mayer & Katy Perry
Following her divorce from Russell Brand, Katy Perry started dating John Mayer. Fans were shocked, but they appeared to be having fun together. After a brief split, Katy and John reunited, but ultimately, their love fizzled. John and Katy broke up again, but were then reportedly spotted together over Memorial Day weekend. It’s hard to keep up with these two!
Harry Styles & Taylor Swift
Taylor Swift allegedly dated Harry Styles in the spring of 2012. After a reported breakup, Taylor wrote “I Knew You Were Trouble” about the One Direction hottie. Yet, they reunited in the fall of 2012, kissed in Times Square on New Year’s Eve and broke up a few days later when Taylor allegedly found texts from girls on Harry’s phone. Harry also allegedly thought that Taylor was “boring” because she liked to go antiquing. We have a feeling that this couple will never ever be getting back together!
