Plus, Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga butt heads during a play date with their daughters on the season five premieres of ‘RHONJ.’
During the season five premiere of The Real Housewives of New Jersey on June 2, we discover that Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga have not spoken to each other in over a year. Their kids, unfortunately, are suffering from the separation the most.

Teresa, Melissa and Kathy Wakile all travel to the Jersey shore to find their summer beach houses in ruins. It’s a sad and devastating image and it seems like the Gorgas and Giudices have a lot of work ahead of them before they are able to enjoy their summer homes again.
Teresa Giudice & Melissa Gorga’s Daughters Plan A Play date
Most of the episode centered around Milania Giudice and Antonia Gorga telling their parents that they miss each other. After Teresa and Melissa exchange some text messages back and forth, they finally agree to meet up for the sake of their kids.
Caroline Manzo, who is with Melissa while she’s texting Teresa, mentions in her confessional that Teresa and Melissa are being petty by worrying about who will be the one to take the girls out together. She suggests that they grow up a bit and just let the kids have fun together.
When Caroline tells Jacqueline about the situation the following day, she says she’s sick of hearing about the drama between Teresa and Melissa. Jacqueline says their issues are not high on her priority list and “it’s right up there with bleaching my a**hole.”
When Teresa and Milania are on their way to meet Melissa and Antonia at Bazaar Star Beadery, Joe Giudice calls and gives Milania some words of “encouragement.”
Joe asks Milania if she’s excited to see “horsey face.” He’s referencing Melissa. (Way harsh, Joe.)
The girls have fun at the Beadery, but Teresa has trouble not criticizing the way Melissa is interacting with the girls. And they also butt heads when they realize that their daughters’ communions will fall on the same day in May.
Caroline Manzo Makes Joe Gorga A Shocking Offer
After Joe Gorga and Melissa visited Caroline at her new Hoboken apartment, Caroline invites Joe out for coffee. She feels bad for Joe and his strained relationship with Teresa. Even though she knows that Teresa will tell her to “f*** off,” Caroline tells Joe that she’s willing to speak to Teresa and try to persuade her to mend her relationship with Joe. (Caroline, the mediator, is back! Unfortunately, we know how her sit-down with Danielle Staub went.)
Of course, we have to wait until next week to see Caroline lecture Teresa.
