Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s baby name immediately became the butt of jokes on Twitter, among other social media sites, after it was revealed on June 20. And it appears that Kim, 32, found the name North West a bit humorous as well, as evidenced by an interview on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno.
Kim Kardashian: North West Baby Name Made Her Laugh On Jay Leno
On March 28, Jay Leno asked Kim about a report that she and Kanye were considering the name "North" for their child, but the reality star scoffed at the idea.
"That is not true. That is not one of the names on our list," Kim told the show's host on March 28, while laughing it off. "But you know what name I do like? But it probably won't be on [the list]. 'Cause it kinda goes with North, I like Easton. Easton West. I think that's cute."
Was Kim just trying to keep the baby’s name a secret? Or were Kim and Kanye still undecided and Jay gave them the idea for North?
