Dzhokhar seemed totally unphased when he appeared in court for the first time on July 10 since his horrific April 15 Boston Marathon bombings. Now victims are angered and say they want him to ‘suffer.’

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev isn’t sorry for killing four people and wounding more that 260 in the tragic April 15 bombings. In fact, he showed up to court smiling on July 10 and was seen smirking and yawning. Now victims and their families are outraged and want to seek justice even more.

People all over the world, especially those personally affected by the bombings are absolutely enraged that Dzhokhar wouldn’t act remorseful during his first court appearance. Plus, they are shocked he is pleading not guilty.

One woman, Mildred Valverde, who is on crutches since the attack, said she doesn’t want him to get the death penalty.

“I’d rather see him suffer, Death is too quick,” she said. “Just to be in the same room with him was bothersome.”

In the courtroom, there were around 30 victims with their families. When Dzhokhar walked in wearing his orange jumpsuit, he appeared at ease. He even looked back at his family, smiled and blew a kiss.

“It depends on the minute; it depends on the day. I have mixed emotions,” victim Karen Brassard said. “I get angry, but I also think he's just a kid.”

Dzhokar’s brother Tamerlan Tsarnaev was killed in a police shoot out and then Dzhokar ran over him.

Are you shocked that Dzhokar has plead not guilty and didn’t seem upset?
