OMJ! Four years after the Jonas Brothers’ last album was released in 2009, it’s finally time for them to release another — and they’ve now revealed the album’s title.
The Jonas Brothers have made 2013 their comeback year, and girls around the world are so excited. Hours after kicking off their summer tour in Chicago on July 10, they announced the name of their fifth album on Twitter!
Jonas Brothers Fifth Album Name Revealed
The Jonas Brothers have had quite the week. Amidst the exciting news that Kevin Jonas and his wife Danielle Jonas are expecting their first baby, the Jonas Brothers avidly tweeted their excitement for the kickoff to their summer tour, along with the name of their new album!
“V FIVE!!!!!!!” they tweeted on July 10.
There you have it, Jonas maniacs — their fifth album will be called V! Perfectly fitting for their fifth studio album, as V is the Roman numeral for the number five.
V will be the first album released under Jonas Enterprises, their own record label which they launched in 2012. And the songs are even produced by Nick Jonas himself!
Jonas Brothers To Release ‘V’ In The ‘Fall-ish’
Nick, Kevin and Joe Jonas haven’t revealed the official release date for V, but in a recent interview with Radio Disney, they said it will be hitting stores in the “fall-ish.”
Although that doesn’t give JoBro fans a confirmed date for the release of V, Nick promised it will be worth the wait. “The upcoming album is a big step for us musically,” he said. “Stuff you can dance to, stuff you can sing along to…just overall a really fun vibe. I think people are going to enjoy it.”
Included on the album will be their hit single, “Pom Poms,” their latest single, “The First Time,” and four songs they will be playing on their summer tour: “Found,” “What Do I Mean To You,” “The World,” and “Don’t Say.”
We hope V is released sooner than later — after waiting four years for a new album, we can’t hold off much longer!
