The ‘New Slaves’ rapper hung out during a BET Awards after party on June 30, while Kim stayed at home with their baby girl. Is that fair? Kanye West, 36, took a break from his fatherly duties on June 30 to drop by pal Jamie Foxx‘s BET Awards after party, where he schmoozed with some of the biggest names in hip hop. But girlfriend Kim Kardashian, 32, was MIA! Kanye West Parties Without Kim Kardashian Although he skipped the 2013 BET Awards, the “Black Skinhead” rapper made an appearance at an after party in Thousand Oaks, Calif. hosted by his “Gold Digger” collaborator Jamie Foxx. The new dad snuck into the party just before midnight, a source tells Us Weekly. He hung out in the VIP area with Jamie and rapper T.I., who congratulated the new dad on welcoming his baby girl North West on June 15. After hanging out with the VIPs, Kanye mingled with the rest of the crowd at the party and received more congratulations, the insider says. He responded with a simple “thank you,” and smiled all night. While Kanye was having a blast hanging out with friends and industry insiders, girlfriend Kim was staying home with their baby girl, two weeks. Do YOU think that’s fair? Kanye West & Kim Kardashian Lying Low After Baby Aside from Kanye’s post-awards show outing, the new parents have been lying low with their baby girl inside a private Bel Air residence. Kim has yet to be seen since their daughter arrived — she could be waiting to debut her post-baby body until she loses the weight she wants — but Kanye was spotted out with momager Kris Jenner on June 28.
