Melissa Rycroft, 30, may not have found her happy ending with Jason Mesnick on The Bachelor — she was given the final rose only to be broken up with on the After the Final Rose reunion – but she definitely found her soulmate when she married Tye Strickland. She revealed to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY how her daughter Ava is blossoming, and when she and her hubby are going to add more kids to their busy lives!
Melissa Rycroft’s Daughter Ava Is A ‘Girly Girl’
Melissa is an amazing doting mom, and she absolutely gushes about her 2-year-old girl. She tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY about her darling daughter Ava:
She turned 2 in February and I mean just everything is moving at a lightning pace. She says things that I’ve said a couple of days earlier, and it doesn’t make sense. [I'll be like] “You’re too little to be sounding so grown up!” She’s doing great, she’s turned into such a little girly girl, loves to dance and princesses, and to be dressed up.
The More the Merrier!
Melissa openly revealed that she and husband Tye Strickland, are in ‘planning mode’ for baby number two!
“Tye and I have made no secret that we definitely want a big family,” Melissa tells us. “Ava’s getting old enough now and I’m definitely getting the baby itch, so I think it’s safe to say we’re in planning mode and we’re working on it.”

Melissa’s Recent Partnership Is A ‘Clear’ Fit!
Partnering with Clear Blue couldn’t have come at a better time for Melissa, with plans for another baby in the works !
“It absolutely seems like the perfect fit right now to partner with Clear Blue since I am going through this in my life. I started my partnership with them a few months ago and that’s before we started planning on trying. I took the new Advanced Visual Ovulation test to get to know my body. Getting pregnant with Ava was really easy for us but that doesn’t mean it’s going to be easy the second time around. Seeing some of my friends go through this process, its harder than it seems. You grow up hearing having a baby is easy, never have unprotected, you know, with anybody and it’s not the case. It’s important to get to know your body and know what’s going on and when it’s doing what, and when it’s time to do your thing with your mate!”
