Jenelle Evans Did Not Suffer Miscarriage After Hospital Scare Jan 24th 2013, 15:56 Despite a frightening hospital visit for pregnancy complications, the 21-year-old revealed she didn’t suffer a miscarriage — the ‘Teen Mom 2′ star is still 8 weeks pregnant with her and soon-to-be-ex-husband Courtland Rogers’ baby. On Jan. 22, Jenelle Evans was rushed to the hospital a day later for complications that threatened to end her pregnancy that had fans everywhere worried. That day, Jenelle’s official Facebook page read “Jenelle’s conditions are not good, but cannot say more about what happened. Pray for her and the baby.” People were obviously worried that Jenelle could be suffering a miscarriage, especially since she was only 8 weeks along at the time and more vulnerable to pregnancy complications. But Jenelle hinted that she and the baby were fine when she lashed out at her soon-to-be-ex on Jan. 23 on Twitter. "I am getting a divorce, ASAP. YOU F—ING LEAVE OUT OF TOWN AND I MIGHT BE HAVING A MISCARRIGE?! F–K U, U F—ING PIECE OF S—T," she tweeted — saying she “might” have been having a miscarriage, but didn’t. On Jan. 24, a fan let Jenelle know that a Facebook account with her name posted a message that read, “I lost my husband to another woman and I miscarried my baby.” Jenelle insisted the social media account and message were fake. Jenelle Evans Files Charges Against Courtland Rogers But Jenelle confirmed 100 percent that she was still with child on Jan. 23 when she filed assault charges against Courtland for assault against a female with an unborn child. "They are the highest level of misdemeanor you can get," Jenelle’s attorney Dustin R.T. Sullivan told E! News. "He faces a maximum 150 days in jail per charge.
