During their lengthy relationship, Justin Bieber‘s wandering eye often got him into trouble with Selena Gomez, eventually becoming part of the reason the former Disney star chose to walk away from the heartthrob for good. But after newly discovered photos of Sel with her Monte Carlo co-star Luke Bracey from June of 2012 find the two looking quite friendly at an event that the Biebs was noticeably absent from, we’ve got to wonder: Could Selena have suffered from the same eye affliction as her ex-boyfriend?
Selena was photographed with the Australian hunk on June 16 at the launch party for the D2Studio YouTube channel in West Hollywood, CA! As previously reported by oceanUP.com, the 20-year-old actress leaned on her 23-year-old co-star when things were rough in her relationship.
“Luke remained closest to Selena after the filming of Monte Carlo. They texted from time to time, but when things with Justin were getting bad, she would meet up with him to talk,” a source close to Luke tells the website. Could the two have been doing more than just talking? The source wouldn’t elaborate on whether Selena and Luke have ever hooked up.

As previously reported by Us Weekly, the co-stars allegedly held hands at a pre-Golden Globes party at West Hollywood’s Sunset Tower on Jan. 11 The report says that the pair got “super close,” with Selena even dishing about the Mexican vacation she took with Justin just before their break-up.
“It was awful,” she told Luke. “We were fighting.”
