Justin Timberlake is releasing a new album in 2013 (a FULL album,
unlike Destiny's Child), which he confirmed Jan. 10 with a video posted to his official website. Showing respect to his elder,
Justin Bieber revealed on Twitter that he is a huge fan of Justin Timberlake and
Timbaland's new material!
Justin, 31, tweeted to his fan on Jan. 10, "@jtimberlake @Timbaland i have heard some stuff. u got a good reason to be ready.
#greatmusic."
"I've only done two albums in 10 years," Justin says in his announcement video, as he's seen walking into a studio. "What does the next decade mean for me?"
"I don't want to put anything out that I feel is something I don't love," he continues. "You just don't get that every day. You have to wait for it. … I'm ready."
Justin, 31, originally stirred up a fan frenzy Jan. 9 with a cryptic tweet alluding to his big release. "Thursday, January 10th, 2013 at 9:01 am PST…" he tweeted to his more-than-15 million followers.
Then, on Jan. 10, Justin released the video, which started a countdown to the release of his brand new single on Jan. 14 at midnight!
