Uh oh. The District Attorney claims Chris violated his probation — he could be heading to jail! What will Rihanna do?

The Los Angeles County District Attorney filed legal documents claiming Chris Brown has violated his probation by submitting fake community service records. According to the lega documents, Chris lied about completing his community service stemming from the Rihanna assault case.

The Los Angeles District Attorney’s office tells HollywoodLife.com, “Entertainer Chris Brown failed to provide ‘credible, competent or verifiable evidence" that he completed his court-ordered community labor. [We] asked the court to order Brown to fulfill his obligation in Los Angeles County.”

Bryan T. Norwood, the Chief of Police in Richmond, Virginia, reportedly wrote a letter to the judge on September 14, 2012, claiming that Chris successfully completed 202 days of community service out of the 180 sentence to him on August 25, 2009 as part of a five-year probationary sentence for assault.

The documents allegedly claim that Chris, 23, worked at Tappahannock Children’s Center and did jobs such as painting, washing windows, waxing floors, cutting grass and picking up trash, TMZ reports.

The judge was suspicious upon receiving the letter, TMZ notes. When the DA did some investigating, they found no “credible, competent or verifiable evidence” that Chris completed his 180 days of community service.

In a motion filed by Deputy District Attorney Mary Murray, the court was asked to decline to accept Chris’ community labor in Virginia due to what appears to be "significant discrepancies indicating at best sloppy documentation and at worst fraudulent reporting."

What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Did Chris fake his community service? Should he be punished?
