The royal couple is soaking up as much romantic time together as possible before their baby arrives in July — and retreated to the island of Mustique in the West Indies. But they were joined by Kate’s parents, her brother James and sister Pippa! Read on for more details.
Pregnant Kate Middleton, 31, and husband Prince William, 30, are taking an exotic vacation known as a babymoon before their royal baby arrives in July — but Kate’s entire family tagged along for the exclusive and romantic getaway!
While many couples embark on the babymoon tradition, in which they squeeze in one last romantic trip as a couple before welcoming their first child, the royal couple went a little unconventional and invited Kate’s entire family!
The royal couple landed in the private island of Mustique, part of a group of islands called Grenadines in the West Indies. They were joined by her sister Pippa, 29, her brother James, 25, and their parents Michael and Carole Middleton.
Kate Middleton & Prince William’s Exclusive $30,000 A Week Villa
Even though Prince William’s in-laws were along for the journey, the royal couple is sure to have enough privacy in their private villa — which, according to The Sun, comes with a $30,000 per week price tag.
Luckily for the pregnant Duchess, her morning sickness, which caused her to be hospitalized in December, is much better — and she can fly with ease!
“Both William and Kate were hoping her condition would not stop her from making the eight-hour flight to Barbados and the connection to Mustique,” a source tells The Sun. “A month ago, such a journey would have been unthinkable for her, so this is a clear sign she has made a virtual recovery.”
We’re so glad they are taking this exotic trip together!
