Jennifer Lawrence dyed her hair black on Feb. 25 for re-shoots of ‘The Hunger Games: Catching Fire,’ just one day after appearing at the Academy Awards! Do you LOVE her new hair?

Katniss is back! Jennifer Lawrence won big at the 85th Annual Academy Awards, held at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood on Feb. 24, where she took home the award for Best Actress. The next day, she went back to work. The first step? Dying her hair jet black for her role in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire!

Jen went to Rossano Ferretti hair salon in Beverly Hills for the dye-job. Stylist Lorri Goddard was the mastermind behind the dramatic transformation. Catching Fire is in theaters Nov. 21.

“She was very happy,” an eyewitness told E! News about Jennifer when she was in the salon. “She was all smiles!”

How To Get Jennifer’s Oscars Look

For the prestigious awards show, Jen wore COVERGIRL’s Outlast Nail Gloss in Forever Frosted, a light pink to match her pink Dior dress. For her hair, celeb stylist Mark Townsend used Dove hair care to make Jennifer look beautiful on the red carpet.

To get her Oscars look, follow Mark’s tips — apply Dove Nourishing Oil Care Anti-Frizz Serum to damp hair and comb through for moisture and shine. Add a handful of Dove Nourishing Curls Whipped Cream Mousse to damp hair and blow dry with a large round brush.

Put a nickel-sized amount of Dove Frizz-Free Shine Cream-Serum in your hands, rub together and comb through hair. After twisting random pieces to the back of her head, take the remaining hair and gather in a loose bun. Use Dove Strength & Shine Extra Hold Hairspray to finish.
